The Daily DB/KB Wod
This program is fun and challenging and only requires 1 dumbbell or kettlebell and a skipping rope.
If you’re working from home, have limited time, limited equipment, or travel a lot, then this is the program for you.
Each workout will take less than 30 minutes of your day. No more excuses.
5 working days/week with 2 full rest days

Our BodyWod programme combines cardio training with complementary total body sculpting exercises.
